Ecilor is currently in a pre-launch period. Purchases are paused until the weaving machine is operational (expected autumn 2026). The terms below apply once ordering resumes.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom-Made Goods and Right of Withdrawal

Our string art pieces are uniquely algorithmically generated and physically manufactured based on the personal photographs you upload. Because these items are highly personalized and custom-made to your exact specifications, they are exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

This means that once an order is placed and production has started, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your art arrives damaged or suffers from a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to repair or replace the item free of charge.

3. Intellectual Property

By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights to the photograph or have explicit permission to use it. We claim no ownership over the images you upload. The algorithmic designs and physical manufacturing processes remain the intellectual property of Ecilor.
